The technical solution, infrastructure, and website system remain under our management. The client has the right to use the services and their content hosted on the site for the duration of the active subscription.
The client is responsible for the accuracy and legality of all texts, images, logos, and other materials provided for use on the website.
We reserve the right to suspend or restrict services in the event of outstanding obligations or breach of these terms.
We reserve the right to individually assess the scope and complexity of any requested project. If a client's requirements significantly exceed the scope of the selected plan, a higher subscription tier or a custom pricing proposal may be required. Commencement of the project may, in such cases, require the client's approval of the revised scope and applicable pricing.
We are not liable for service interruptions caused by third parties, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
